Dolphin Acceptance Corporation was founded with a deep purpose — to assist individuals, indigenous communities, and businesses in reaching their fullest potential while minimizing risk.
Our story begins with our founder, D.E. Walters, a former Prisoner of War held by the North Koreans. Upon escaping, he freed fellow captives and soldiers from other nations. A decorated Purple Heart recipient and a true leader, his life was marked by courage, service, and compassion for those less fortunate.
After decades in management, training, and recruitment, he dedicated himself to humanitarian work — particularly in locating missing soldiers and returning them to their homeland for proper honors. Today, we proudly continue his legacy, funding these efforts ourselves when government assistance is absent.
